Part Time Places- 15 hours of education for 3-4 year olds
The nursery follows the admission procedures for nursery places as, set out in the RBK information book for parents, ‘Nursery Education in Kingston upon Thames’
All parents are welcome to apply for a nursery place at Surbiton Children’s Centre Nursery
Children already accessing our 2 year old Ladybird provision and living within the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames will be entitled to a part-time place in our nursery classes in the term following their 3rd birthday
Parents/Carers are not able to apply for a place in Green class as these are allocated by the local authority.
Prospective Parents for September 2021
Closing date for applications is March 5th 2021. Please ensure you have returned your application form by this date.
If your child has their third birthday between September 2020 and August 2021 they will eligible to use their 15 hours funding from September 2021

2 year old funded places term time only
Paid places for 2-3’s term time only
30 hours free Education and Childcare
From September 2017 the government will provide 30 free hours childcare to working parents of 3 and 4 year olds. Once the scheme is in place, the additional 15 hours of free childcare will be available to families where both parents are working (or the sole parent is working in a lone parent family) and each parent earns the equivalent of 16 hours a week at the national minimum or living wage, and earns less than £100,000 a year.
